Library Board Information
The Temagami Public Library is governed by the Temagami Public Library Board. Public library boards are governing boards; legal corporations with the authority to make policy and to govern the library’s affairs under the Public Libraries Act (R.S.O. 1990, chapter P.44).
The Library Board members are appointed by the Municipality of Temagami Council for a 4 year term, concurrent with the term of the appointing Municipal Council.
Board meetings are held on the 3rd Monday of the month with the exception of July, August and December.
